Designation: Assistant Team Lead (ATL)

Role: Retail - Store Manager

Location: Lucknow, Kanpur, Prayagraj

Salary: As per experience & market standards

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive sales performance to meet revenue targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the team for exceptional customer service.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Pharmacy.
• Prior experience in pharmacy store management preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
