Job Description
Hiring for Sales Executive (interview on 3rd March 2020)
Job Location- Lucknow
Salary -upto 25k (depend upon Exp)
* Negotiate Business with dealers, distributors or direct selling.
* Proven relationship building capability, including cold calling
* Increase the distribution and direct dealer network.
* Achieving primary and secondary targets.
* Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets.
* Strong communication skills with strong business related knowledge.
* Experience in relative field of pumping/sanitary ware will be an added advantage.
* Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable
* Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
* Sales/result driven with a sense of urgency
* Good computer practical skills.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Optimistic outlook with positive energy
* Proactive self-starter who takes initiative
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize work
Job Responsibilities
* Must be able to interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner
* Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
* Meet with potential clients and discuss their needs and provide solutions in the form of service plans
* Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
* Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
* Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
* Ensure the availability of stock for sales.
* Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
* Collaborate with team to achieve better results
