Job Description

Key Responsibilities of the Manager/ Sr Manager :-
  • Contribute to Gap Analysis for determining the kind of digital content available to supported teacher group, their mapped needs and therefore identify / create resources to address the gap with respect to the ideal content list of digital content for primary school teachers to enable their professional development.
  • Create and drive content creation for operationalstakeholders, curate content of relevance. Coordinate with videographers, editors, translators, writers, illustrators,designers, academicians and other external and internal stakeholders to identify, sources, curate and produce required digital content.
  • Be the point of contact for all content, communication and, social media initiatives. Own, drive and manage Data Analytical initiatives and Teacher Support resources.Independently manage end-to-end project updates and partner communication across the various levels in the organization.
  • While being part of the Central Secretariat, s/he will also work closely with the Project Partners for quality content,ope-rationalization of systems for the project, ensuring high quality measurement of project outputs and intermediate outcomes.
  • Other key responsibilities shall include piloting new initiatives in field.

Required Candidate profile

  • Masters in education / social sciences or equivalent preferred with demonstrated strength of at least 5 years in developing teaching learning materials (TLM) and other instruction materials. experience in low income school environment will be a plus.
  • Successful track record of identifying, cultivating, onboarding and concluding vendor or service provider arrangements is highly desirable.
  • Experience of having worked directly with teachers and children will be an added advantage
