ROLES: FINANCIAL ADVISOR

RESPONSIBILITIES: It's a uk banking process were the person has to deal with uk customer in regards to their loans,banking queries,litigation,money management,financial planning.Guiding them for investment planning in terms of bonds,shares,mortgage,were to invest the money in government sector or in private sector. It's a inbound call process.

COMMUNICATION: Excellent fluency in English as they have to speak to uk customer

QUALIFICATION: Any fresher graduates apart from be/btech can apply ,if undergraduates the have to have minimum of 6 months exp in international voice or customer service. Post graduates like MBA,MA can too apply

EXPERIENCE: Fresher or minimum of 6 months exp in voice process mandatory.

WORK LOACTION: Manyata tech park

SALARY: 3.36 Lacs for fresher /exp upto 4.35

SHIFTS/WEEK OFF: U.K Rotational shifts/Rotational off

CAB SERVICES: One way cab provided(radius for female is 20km and for male candidates is 24 km)
