Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Engagement officers role will focus on keeping Schools satisfied and engaged with the organization.
Increasing dependability of schools on the organization, tracking service & engagement metrics,
Coordinating with teachers, SPOC, HOD, Principals to roll out new initiatives
Should take either the name of the principal or HOD and fix up appointments with either of them.
Identifying SPOC in school and later schedule a meet for the DACC/C2C or both.
Tracking usage of DISHA on weekly bases and follow up with schools for the feedback
Finding out more schools on the web, segregating them by geography, board, language (selected markets)
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Collating outreach feedback from start to closure, should be able to track the time frame and effectiveness.
Following up with the outreach team on TAT from LOP to TOP/COP
Identifying refresher training/MI need in the school
Collecting and collating Teachers Training feedback and sharing the same with content and outreach teams
Taking school contributions on monthly bases

Required Candidate profile

Competencies & skills:

Proven ability to drive school programs and projects with collaboration.
Excellent judgment, decision-making skills, and the ability to work with deadline schedules.
Excellent written and oral communications

Prior Experience:

2- 4 Years of experience

Qualifications:

Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream
