Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with ITIL processes during incident management activities.
Perform root cause analysis on outages and develop preventative measures to mitigate future occurrences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues affecting service availability.
Troubleshoot issues related to routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP), switching technologies (VLANs, Port Security), MPLS networks, BGP peering sessions.
Monitor network performance using monitoring tools like Solarwinds, Manage Engine, etc.
