Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes during incident management activities.
  
• Perform root cause analysis on outages and develop preventative measures to mitigate future occurrences.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues affecting service availability.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP), switching technologies (VLANs, Port Security), MPLS networks, BGP peering sessions.
  
• Monitor network performance using monitoring tools like Solarwinds, Manage Engine, etc.
