Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Managing a team of Sales Managers to source loan products through direct / indirect medium of acquisition.
- Local geographical knowledge & market understanding is mandatory.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of secured and unsecured retails assets products primarily mortgages.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Sales Execution:
- Drive the Sales team from lead generation to loan closing and to ensure that the set targets are achieved on a monthly basis.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
- Operational Management:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both existing and potential.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored loan solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and analyze sales performance data.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales performance.
