Mega Walk-in Drive @ Nagercoil_ Branch Manager

Mega Walk-in Drive for Branch Manager

Date: 23rd and 24th May 2025 @ Nagercoil Regional Office

Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintain regular & continuous relationship with existing and potential customers.
Constant study of market and identify market trends.
Achieve branch targets and ensure protability of the unit (branch).
Will involve in Field Visits for Marketing / Collection activities basis to branch requirements
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of the branch
Ensure process adherence to prevent the risk and up-hold the vision & values of the org.
Ecient maintenance of branch books of accounts, documents and statutory records and upkeep of branch premises and physical Assets.
Role will come under the purview of Audit & Gold Inspection.
Ensure proper handholding and timely/continues training of the team
Encourage team members and effectively develop of business and career progression of team.

Salary: Max 6lpa

Variable: Unlimited Incentive, PF & ESI

Locations: Across Nagercoil
