Sr System Analyst Salesforce CPQ @ Forsys

Job Description

• Lead the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the Salesforce CPQ tool

• Work closely with the sales team to understand their requirements and implementsolutions to meet their needs
• Create custom pricing rules, quotes, and proposals
• Develop custom integrations with other systems as required
• Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of solutions
• Ensure data accuracy and data integrity in the Salesforce CPQ tool
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure the features never breaks
• Provide training and support to end-users as needed

Requirements / Specifications

• 4-6 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
• At least 2+ years of proven experience with Salesforce CPQ & Billing
• Strong understanding of Salesforce products and services
• Familiarity with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Require Deployment skills with best practices
• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist Certification
• Deep understanding of Product Hierarchy / Guided selling / MDQ / Product RulesConfiguration Attributes / Pricing Rules
• Salesforce administration (profiles, security, roles for approvals etc.) especially as itpertains to CPQ
• Contract Life Cycle and Subscriptions
• Experience working with Advanced Approvals and Billing concepts is a plus
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, problem-solving, negotiation, task andproject coordination, and organization skills
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
