Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers' issues.
Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
Meet performance targets set by the company.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong communication skills in English language.
Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications.
