Role & responsibilities
1) Make and implement recruitment strategy for recruitment of nurses and health care professionals
2) Identify and explore various channels for recruitment, tie up with institutions, colleges, consultants etc
3) Conduct Campus Interviews, Job mela etc
4) Smart use of - online portals, social media, employment exchange, walk in etc
5) Conduct on campus training program thru Learning centre
6) Documentation Fix salary, issue of offer letters, on boarding, medical check, registration etc
7) Meet recruitment target and timeline
Requires travelling within and surrounding state
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum Degree - Graduate
Minimum 1 year experience in Recruitment in any industry, retail / healthcare exposure added advantage
Excellent Communication, Presentation skills, Negotiation Skills, Computer skills, Self-motivated, Interest for travelling, innovator, Result oriented
