Required Skill Set
Backoffice experience of at least 6-7 years or more
Worked preferably in Logistics/ shipping domain back office
Very good experience of Project Management and has handled new process migrations
Worked with process metrics and has working knowledge of productivity, accuracy and TAT
Handled directly a team size of 20 team members for more than 2 years
Worked in processes across time zones
People Management and Time Management skills
Educational Background & Experience
Post Graduates /MBA preferred.
Minimum 8 10 years from Shipping Background
