Management Apprentice - APC Sales Channel
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Management Apprentice for the APC Sales Channel. This role is designed for individuals who are looking to start a career in insurance sales and business development. The Management Apprentice will focus on recruiting and managing partners and agents to drive sales in the open market. The successful candidate will be trained to develop strong leadership skills and gain comprehensive knowledge of the sales process within the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner & Agent Recruitment:
Actively hire and onboard new partners and agents to expand the sales network in the open market.
Training & Development:
Provide training and guidance to new agents and partners, ensuring they understand product offerings and sales techniques.
Sales Target Achievement:
Ensure that partners and agents meet or exceed sales targets, helping to drive the overall success of the sales channel.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and partners to foster long-term business relationships and collaboration.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor the performance of the agents and partners, providing feedback, support, and performance-based incentives.
Key Skills:
