Thermax is looking for fresh and enthusiastic candidates to join our team at STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) and ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) project sites in Pune.

This is a great opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on industry experience and technical exposure in the field of environmental engineering. On-the-job training will be provided to all selected candidates.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day operations and maintenance activities at STP/ETP sites
• Support the site engineers in installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Maintain logs and operational data as per standard procedures
• Follow all safety and operational guidelines on-site
• Coordinate with the project and maintenance teams for smooth execution

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification:
• ITI (Any Trade)
• Diploma in Chemical Engineering
• B.Sc.
• Willingness to work at project locations (STP/ETP)
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical environment
