Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Expertise in Cloud Platforms Microsoft Azure (Preferred).
- Strong experience with cloud migration, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and server less computing.
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Cloud Formation).
- Strong Experience with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Strong Knowledge of networking, firewalls, load balancing, and data storage options in the cloud.
- Cloud certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly preferred.
- Experience with hybrid cloud and multi-cloud architectures.
- Familiarity with AI/ML workloads, Big Data analytics, or IoT (Internet of Things) in the cloud.
- Understanding of enterprise application integration and cloud-native application development.
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions across public, private, or hybrid cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure(preferred), Google Cloud).
- Evaluate existing infrastructure and recommend improvements for optimization in cloud migration or cloud-native application development.
- Assist with the migration of on-premises applications, data, and infrastructure to the cloud.
- Implement and manage security practices for cloud environments, ensuring compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
- Conduct risk assessments and establish security measures such as identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and firewall configurations
- Monitor cloud systems for performance, availability, and reliability, ensuring SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met.
- Document cloud architecture designs, configurations, and procedures for operational continuity
