Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior WordPress Developer with a proven track record in developing enterprise-level custom portals. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating robust and scalable web solutions. As a Senior WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining custom, complex, and functional websites, portals, and web applications.
Responsibilities: - Custom PHP & MySQL: Demonstrate excellent proficiency in custom PHP and MySQL to develop scalable and efficient solutions.
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): Apply advanced OOP principles to design and implement modular and maintainable code.
- WordPress Expertise: Showcase a deep understanding of WordPress beyond CMS capabilities, with the ability to build custom, complex websites, portals, and web applications.
- WooCommerce & Plugin Development: Possess a high level of expertise in WooCommerce and demonstrate experience in custom plugin development and customization.
- Version Control: Utilize strong knowledge of version control systems to manage codebase efficiently.
- jQuery: Demonstrate very strong proficiency in jQuery for client-side scripting.
- APIs and Web Services: Have an excellent grasp of working with APIs and web services to integrate external functionalities seamlessly.
- Cloud Server and Protocols: Display good knowledge of cloud servers and protocols for hosting and deploying web applications.
- Communication Skills: Possess effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand project requirements, and articulate technical solutions.
- Logical and Analytical Skills: Exhibit strong logical and analytical thinking to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in WordPress development.
- Proven experience in building enterprise-level custom portals.
