Job Description
Design, develop, document, test and debug new and existing software applications for medical instrumentation following the software development life cycle.
Write, debug and document code to established standards utilizing PHP depending on project needs for implementation of application functionality and/ or graphical user interfaces
Serve as technical expert on development projects.
Write technical specifications based on conceptual design
Participates in risk analysis and system architecture definitions
Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
Collaborate and interact with other Engineers, Program Managers and Technical Services Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field; Masters degree is a plus.
0 - 3 years of experience in software development, preferably in a Microsoft environment
Fluency in PHP for web applications
Experience in medical device company is a plus, but not a requirement
Solid skills in Analyzing information, Software Design and Documentation, Software Development Process, Software Requirements, Software Architecture.
