Job Description

• Manage 15-20 Product installations

• Provide support to tickets raised by Customer

• Should be able to handle escalations

• Manage team of 10-15 people.

• Formulate solution designs and incorporate review inputs on designs.

• Plan work size, organize delivery schedules, and ensure timely, high-quality completion

• Monitor and track progress on tasks, providing updates to stakeholders.

• Review functional/technical work accomplished by the team.

• Implement relevant industry best practices for support product installations

• Collaborate with the team to enhance their skill set.

• Develop and execute a personalized development plan.

• Java, Spring and Hibernate

• Spring Boot, Spring Data

• Angular, Javascript CSS

• Full stack development experience

• SQL and MySQL

• Implementation of SOLID principles

• Experience in designing a software module

• Understanding of microservices using Spring Boot

• Performance Optimization Java/Database

• Lending domain Loan Origination, Loan Management Delinquency Management

• Work breakdown and sizing the work

• Tracking and communicating progress to stakeholders

• Team and team skill building
