Salesforce Developer @ ITC Infotech

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support business functions.
  
• Create and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Flows.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  
• Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
  
• Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.
  
• Manage deployment of Salesforce changes across sandboxes and production environments.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
  
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  
• Experience with Salesforce configuration tools (Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules, etc.).
  
• Familiarity with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Salesforce Connect is a plus.
  
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Platform Developer II is a plus.
  
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
