Skill / technology / Experience : Knowledge on Windows NT/ XP/ 2000. . Knowledge of Level 1 networking(Basics of LAN and WAN). Hardwaere Support background will be prefered.Experience in Cisco Switches, Routers, - 2 years experience.Good Diagnostic Skills/ Good Comprehension Power/ Ability to communicte in English/ Hindi State language. Win NT/ XP/ 2000. N/ W knowledge.Good communication skill, ability to explain , problem solvin. Core Skills: Problem Management - NW
