Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. Manage the inflow and outflow of stock.
2. Instruct, supervise and inspect the work of subordinates.
3. Carry out physical stock checks for stock accuracy
4. Supervise the unloading of vehicles, checking and movement to locations.
5. Make the GRN and quality check report as per the desired format
6. Coordinate with the finance team to prepare data and documents for compliance.
7. Prepare route planning for delivery and pickups
8. Monitor timely order processing, dispatches and collection entries in the system.
9. Ensure MIS reports are prepared and sent to respective in-charges.
What are we looking for
1. Minimum experience of 2 years+ in a warehouse operations role.
2. Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate work.
3. Strong leadership and management skills
4. Strong knowledge of MS- office and proficiency with MS- Excel.
