SAP ABAP Developer @ Diligent

Job Description

Experience in core ABAP with technical know-how in functional modules like DDIC,functional modules,enhancements,reports etcKey Responsibilities:1. Design and DevelopmentDevelop and maintain custom SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.Work on various RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) objects.Design and implement smart forms, SAP Scripts, Adobe forms, and ALV reports.2. Integration and InterfacesDevelop and support interfaces between SAP and external systems using IDOCs, BAPIs, BDC, RFCs, and Web Services.Collaborate with PI/PO/Integration teams for middleware-based solutions.3. Performance Optimization and DebuggingPerform performance tuning and optimize existing ABAP code.Troubleshoot and resolve ABAP-related production issues.Debug and analyze existing custom code for improvements or enhancements.4. Collaboration and DocumentationWork closely with functional consultants and end-users to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Prepare and maintain technical documentation for all development work.Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and unit testing.5. Upgrades and SAP EnhancementsSupport SAP system upgrades and patching by retrofitting and re-testing custom developments.Work with SAP Enhancement Framework and BADIs to deliver flexible and sustainable solutions.
