Job Description
The purpose of this program is to federate Orange Business I need Help customer journey with an end-to-end multi channel and digital experience within a common IT solution leveraging Service Now platform
The scope is covering all Orange Business entities and support chains for standard customers including Data modelling, Service Management processes, digital channels Integration with customer internal ecosystems
This Customer Noitifaction solution based mainly on MITRO and other key modules is answering Customer Orange Business requirements:
- Capture process customer s requests, incidents, technical changes problems Capitalize on knowledge Management
Native features around data discovery, Integration, AI, Automation, Virtual assistant, low code process configuration
This solution will be the basis for further innovation for Operations with RPA / AI / Gen AI features
Interface to third party development company and manage timelines, budgets, quality, technical aspects, UAT, rollout, implementation and support
Support and Maintain full reporting system, end to end support and responsibilities
Ensure system high availability and to provide L3 support
Develop and perform Unit, system and user testing of differing aspects of Reporting, eg Customer Reporting, Dashboard Reporting, Operational Reporting, Exception Reporting, Data Integrity Reporting, Ad-Hoc Reporting, Financial Analysis etc
Requirements gathering, functional specification, technical specifications, development, UAT and post implement support
Outline and manage ongoing support of Equant reporting systems, including enhancements and user reported bugs from business users
To manage all aspects of multiple projects and apply formal change control and CM procedures
We are looking for Software engineer to develop IT technical solution with J2EE technolgies
- Excellent development business analytical skills
- Highly proficient in PL/SQL Java scripting, with experience in Oracle / any DB
- Highly proficient in Procedures,Functions and Packages
- Understanding of ASP, Java and HTML pages
- Understanding of shell scripts
- Extensive experience in full development life cycle (requirements gathering, functional specification, technical specifications, development, UAT, support etc)
- Good Data Modelling skills using industry standard methodologies
- Data Mart design and extensive ETL experience
- Ability to write functional and technical specifications suitable for development by third parties
- Solutions design - including h/w, s/w and Web solutions
- Good understanding of Oracle Replication technologies
- Application of formal change control and CM procedures
- Experience of working with third party vendors
- The Analyst will outline and manage ongoing support of Equant reporting systems, including enhancements and user reported bugs from business users
