About the Role Technology Specialist NGN
Location: Hyderabad
Start Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Cisco routers, switches, Cisco Meraki, and LogicMonitor
- Support and enhance network security using VPNs, firewalls, and SD-WAN
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 network incidents
- Collaborate on public cloud networking (AWS/Azure) and maintain up-to-date documentation
- Work closely with a collaborative global IT team on infrastructure improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- CCNA Certification (Mandatory)
- Minimum of 5+ years hands-on experience with Cisco networking hardware
- Strong understanding of BGP, OSPF, IP networking, and VPN technologies
- Proven experience with Cisco Meraki and LogicMonitor
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
Preferred (Good to Have):
- Experience with security and networking tools such as Palo Alto, Extreme, Checkpoint, Sophos, Juniper, and Fortinet
