In-depth experience with the ITOM overall. Must be an expert in Agent Client Collector (ACC)

This would include -
update sets knowledge/management,
dashboard creation/management,
policy creation/management,
check definition/instance creation/management,
MID Server installation/management,
Agent Client collector installation/management,
event/alert management rule creation/management
overall ITOM troubleshooting capabilities.
