Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Bench Sales Recruiter with over 8 years of expertise in US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of marketing H1B, GC, USC, CPT, and OPT consultants, placing them with implementation partners, direct clients, and preferred vendors.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full cycle of bench sales recruitment: sourcing, marketing, placing, and maintaining consultants on bench.
- Expertly market consultants using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, networking, and vendor lists.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
- Negotiate rates with vendors and clients to close deals efficiently.
- Ensure constant follow-up and communication with consultants, clients, and vendors.
- Coordinate interviews, prepare consultants, and facilitate onboarding processes.
- Stay up to date with immigration laws and market trends affecting bench sales and US staffing.
- Provide guidance to junior recruiters and collaborate with the sales team to meet business goals.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Strong network of Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Experience working with H1B, GC, USC, CPT, OPT, and EAD consultants.
- Excellent knowledge of job boards, ATS, and sourcing tools.
- Proven ability to close deals and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
