Identify and explore sales opportunities for IT infrastructure products and services through the GeM platform.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key government departments and agencies.
Ensure compliance with GeM platform policies and requirements for product listings, bids, and tenders.
Coordinate the creation, submission, and follow-up of GeM tenders and quotations.
Manage end-to-end sales processes on the GeM platform, from inquiry generation to closing sales.
Sales Coordination:
Act as a liaison between internal departments (sales, logistics, finance, legal) and external clients to ensure timely and successful order fulfilment.
Prepare and track quotations, sales proposals, and contracts in collaboration with the sales team.
Assist in preparing reports, sales presentations, and other sales-related documents.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client details, sales activities, and pipeline information.
Coordinate and track sales orders, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in IT infrastructure sales, preferably through GeM platform or working with government clients.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT infrastructure products such as hardware (servers, storage, networking) and services (cloud, managed IT services, etc.).
Sales Coordination: Strong experience in coordinating sales operations, tracking leads, preparing proposals, and closing sales.
GeM Platform Experience: Prior exposure to working with the GeM platform is highly desirable.
