Job Description

- Identifying and Recruiting potential insurance consultants or ADPs.
- Driving business targets through insurance advisors.
- Groom advisors for the next level of partnership
- Have to handle team of channel sales manager

Required Candidate profile

1. Must be graduate.
2. Minimum 4-5 yrs of exp in insurance(Agency Channel)
3. Minimum 2 yr of exp in team handling.
4. Age is upto 32
