Job Description

Openings for Web Chat Process (Rotational Shift - International Process ) -- Kolkata

Exp : Fresher with good communication skills and typing speed can apply

Min 1 - 3 years in Web chat process ,customer support,backend support,e-mail chat ,non voice process also can apply.

Typing speed must be 40 word per minute.

Shift Timings : Rotational Shift (international Process)

Working days : 5 days

Weekoffs : 2 days in a week

Overall CTC would be as follows:-

- Fresher / Worked but not in a chat process 14 k per month

- Experienced in Chat process 17 K per month

Education: UG / Graduates

Candidates will be required to be multi-tasker and patient, given the

current global scenario when handling customer queries over chat and/or

All qualified employees will also be reimbursed Rs. 500/- towards

maintenance of their desktop/laptop and internet

The process is going to require about 100 joiners every week.

Since this is a work from operation, location of the candidate is not

fixed. However, once the lockdown is over, they would either continue

in WFH or have to join Kolkata office depending on their

current location. No relocation allowance will be paid.
