Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking out for experienced technical professionals for the Team Lead role. Interested candidates please refer to the given details:

RESPONSIBILITIES

System Design and Development Designing application architecture and coding with other technical members as part of the team.

Working with Project Managers to understand and analyze Client needs and applying / customizing existing technology to meet those needs.

Maintaining and supporting more than one project and their respective deliverables

Recording work progress on a weekly basis Technical Documentation

SKILLS

Strong technical design and development knowledge.

Should have an inclination to innovate using new tech releases. Ability to do quick prototyping and hence manage the projects from analysis, design , development and testing to implementation of the prototypes.

Knowledge and experience in developing enterprise application with n-tier architecture and multi-point integration

Should have very good knowledge of Database concepts and Database developments in MS SQL server 2008-2012 Knowledge and experience of developing multi-tier web applications.

Any cloud based development experience will be an added advantage.

Ability to communicate clearly with business users and project manager Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interface.

Ability to create and participate in technical specification documentation E-commerce integration skills Working experience in Healthcare or FMCG and financial is an advantage

Technical Skill Set : C#, VB.Net, SQL/T-SQL, JavaScript/DHTML, VBScript, HTML, XML, MVC

Education:

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Computers, Any Graduate - Any Specialization, BCA - Computers

PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
