Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our International Voice Process in the Hospitality Domain. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and have at least 1 year of experience in an International BPO voice process.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for global customers in the hospitality industry.
  
• Assist with reservations, cancellations, modifications, and general queries.
  
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional service with a customer-first mindset.
  
• Adhere to quality standards and meet daily/monthly performance targets (AHT, CSAT, etc.).
