Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Scheduling and Planning:
- Develop and implement monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules to ensure seamless workflow.
- Align production schedules with company sales targets and operational priorities.
2. Target Achievement and Plan Execution:
- Drive the execution of production plans to meet or exceed the companys sales and delivery targets.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to stay on track.
3. Stakeholder Coordination
:
- Commit to timely product delivery by collaborating with the marketing team for alignment on supply schedules.
- Coordinate daily with the production and packing teams to address output-related concerns and ensure smooth operations.
4. Materials Planning and Management:
- Plan materials requirements based on the production schedule and product specifications.
- Engage with the QC, QA, and Store teams to expedite material release for production readiness.
5. Procurement Follow-Up:
- Work closely with the purchase team to ensure timely material procurement.
- Participate in weekly meetings to discuss and update the material availability plan.
- Inventory Management & OTIF
6. Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and compare production plans vs. actual output on a daily basis, and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide weekly updates to the marketing team regarding product availability and status.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Maintain active communication with all relevant teams, including quality assurance, quality control, marketing, and stores, to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in production scheduling tools and SAP-MM systems.
- Strong understanding of materials management and supply chain processes.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
