- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide updates to senior management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
- Ensure the safety and reliability of all mechanical systems and products.
