About the Job

 

Job Location: Mumbai, Bhayandar

Shifts: Rotational Day Shifts

Workdays: 6 days

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Minimum HSC/ Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Trainer

 

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing NHT batches till their OJT completion
• Conducting TNIs, Refreshers, PKTs and driving learning completion
• Self-login and processing customer interactions
• Conduct quality audits and provide feedback to advisors
• Maintaining process update tracker and incorporate changes in the training content

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Comfortable with RAG analysis
• Good interpersonal skills
• Willing to work in rotational shifts
• Should be well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Should have excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
