Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency channel.
Develop and implement strategies to increase B2B business growth through negotiation with corporate clients.
Oversee daily operations of the location, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting performance metrics.
Foster strong relationships with existing customers to retain their loyalty and identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling motor insurance products.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
