Job Description
Work closely with Infinite Talents domestic and international clients, as well as internal stakeholders to collect and analyse business needs and priorities for integrated Talent Management Solutions. Synthesize these concerns, along with market and competitive information, into a well researched, clearly defined product requirements and process work flow. Key Responsibilities:- Assisting in the development of overall client support strategy including product optimization planning, data reviews, and overall customer engagement opportunities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to address product defect and enhancement request.
- Research available product information from requirements, specifications, and user stories
- Interact with software and QA engineers, product managers, subject matter experts, and others to gather necessary information
- Quickly grasp, interpret technical and functional information shared by product team members.
- Work independently to develop, publish, and maintain end-user documentation for upcoming releases and features within release timelines
- Able to cover several projects simultaneously with flexibility and willingness to move between projects on short notice.
- Proactively review assigned product documentation for continuous improvement
- Provide technical and peer reviews of documentation for others on the team
- Identify the gaps in existing content and propose remediation plans
- Stay current on industry trends related to product documentation and propose adjustments to current content to align to trends observed
- Communicate with globally distributed employees
- Abide by company, department and team policies, procedures and standards, including templates, style guides, and processes
- Driving client satisfaction through product and service offering education, and execute all accompanying statements of work, order forms, and demonstrations as needed.
- Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience as a technical writer
- Familiarity with:
- XML, HTML, CSS, XML authoring tools
- Agile and Scrum: Hands on experience in Sprint planning and scrum.
- Road map documentation planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
- Persuasive and confident presentation skills with the ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong knowledge of ATS Onboarding solutions and the HR/recruitment industry is highly desirable.
- Good to have knowledge about CRM tool documentation.
