• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system performance.
• Stay updated with the latest hardware and networking trends and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards and guidelines.
• Provide support and guidance to junior engineers.
• Conduct regular system audits and updates.
• Prepare and present IT reports to senior management.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems.
• Participate in IT planning and review meetings.
