Requirements:
- Lead a team by managing workflows, setting goals, and ensuring quality standards are met
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day support to drive high performance and engagement
- Oversee reporting, escalate issues when needed, and ensure timely resolution of challenges
- Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to enhance operations and team productivity
- Deliver process training, track KPIs, and identify areas for ongoing improvement
- Maintain open communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency
Job Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience in a team leadership or operations role, preferably in a contact center
- Strong skills in data analysis, reporting tools, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, solve problems, and drive results
- Ability to train and guide team members while maintaining performance metrics and deadlines
