Requirements:
  • Lead a team by managing workflows, setting goals, and ensuring quality standards are met
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day support to drive high performance and engagement
  • Oversee reporting, escalate issues when needed, and ensure timely resolution of challenges
  • Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to enhance operations and team productivity
  • Deliver process training, track KPIs, and identify areas for ongoing improvement
  • Maintain open communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency

Job Responsibilities:
  • 5+ years of experience in a team leadership or operations role, preferably in a contact center
  • Strong skills in data analysis, reporting tools, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, solve problems, and drive results
  • Ability to train and guide team members while maintaining performance metrics and deadlines
