Lead improvement initiatives for the firm
Conduct quality trainings thereby instilling quality DNA within the organization (Lean, Six Sigma, ISO, ITIL, etc.)
Lead knowledge management initiative. Document customer success stories, customer journey mapping
Establish best in class quality framework for delivering consistent and predictable operational framework
Drive standardized service level measurement framework at practice/client level, including definitions, data capture and reporting
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive action plans from feedback received through NPS/CSAT
