Job Description

Designation: Accounts and Commercial Officer
Experience: 10+ years (in Accounts and Import/Export; Manufacturing industry preferred)
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Salary: 5-8 LPA (based on experience and last drawn salary)
Age Bracket: 38 - 48 years
Gender: Male candidates only
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or Candidates with 30 Days Notice

Responsibilities:

Commercial Operations

Manage all post-shipment export documentation
Coordinate with CHA, plant, and logistics for import/export clearance

Banking & Finance

Handle all financial operations for the company
Manage export shipment documents, stock statements, and E-BRCs
Handle documentation for PCFC, EBRD, BG, FLC, ILC, forward covers
Oversee inward remittances, outward remittances, and vendor payments
Ensure compliance with EDPMS, IDPMS, and resolve caution list issues with banks

Statutory Compliance

File ROC returns and director KYC
Finalize accounts with auditors and file IT returns
Manage statutory filings for GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes
Submit production reports to authorities as required
