Job Description
- Design, develop, test, and deploy new automation solutions and enhancements to existing systems.
- Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team, participating in planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify and communicate issues or risks during project phases, contributing to solutions and process improvements.
- Support operational teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and rollout phases.
- Utilize knowledge-sharing tools and resources for project benefit and professional development.
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in OpenText Server Automation Tool. (Mandatory)
- Proficiency in installation, setup and troubleshooting of SA.
- Strong OS support Knowledge in Windows and Redhat Domain
- Good knowledge of the server patching process.
- Familiarity with support processes such as Problem, Change, Incident, and Service Level Management.
- Required skills include Python, Shell scripting,
- PowerShell, and Robotic Process Automation (Power Automate).
- Strong understanding of operating systems and experience with automation tools like Ansible, Jenkins, Nexus, and Operations Orchestration.
- Ability to work effectively in international, multicultural teams while managing time efficiently.
- Self-motivated with a high level of discipline, delivery-focused, and willing to learn new systems and business processes.
