Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
Collaborate with business unit leaders to provide financial analysis and support for their financial strategies.
Assist in the preparation and review of budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate goals.
Analyze financial data and report on key financial metrics.
Monitor financial performance metrics, comparing actual results to budgets, and providing early-stage recommendations.
Participate in evaluating operational costs, looking for potential opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
Translate financial data into insights to support business unit leaders decision-making processes.
Work closely with colleagues in finance and other departments to ensure consistency in financial strategies and practices across the organization.
Actively seek opportunities for learning and professional growth in the field of finance.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role in finance, accounting, or a related field
Proven experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and business partnership
Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial software
A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:
An advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is a plus
Relevant certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are a plus
