Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader in Delhi, Lucknow,Gorakhpur. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing the team of field sales executives, setting team goals, monitoring team performance, and ensuring targets are met. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Work Area Location:-

Delhi, Lucknow,Gorakhpur.(3 opening for Each location)

Qualifications and Other Details:

Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Must have a two wheeler.
Proficient in Excel and sales planning.
Experience - 3-5 years (including 1-2 years in TL role).
Only Male can apply.

Salary Range:

Upto - 4.80LPA + PF + Variable(Depends on Last Drawn)
