Job Description

• Work with customer to understand the requirement from the portal
• Create AR for the applicable competency / location
• Follow-up with competency / recruitment team to get & shortlist the profiles
• Prepare the resume in the Hexaware format
• Upload the resume in Portal 6. Prepare the candidate ready for the interview
• Schedule the interview - customer with candidate and coordinate based on the availability
• Followup for the feedback with customer as well as respond to competency & recruitment team
• Create SOW, get approval from legal, finance and delivery
• Share the allocation with competency and make sure on the onboarding process
• Timeshhet Get from candidate and share with PMO
• Invoice Make sure the correct invoice is raised
• Update the internal tracking sheet
• Suggest for the improvements Identify the gaps
• Release management Notify all stakeholders for the extensions / releases / timesheet / asset de-allocation"
