Job Description

  • Efficiently schedule demos via phone calls, email, LinkedIn and other social mediums and provide demos online.
  • Responsible for presenting solutions to start the inbound sales cycle and researching on business requirements.
  • Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak.
  • Follow up sales cycle by maintaining lead qualification information.
  • Build contacts with potential clients to discover new business opportunities.
  • Keep database of prospective clients updated.
  • Support in creating new business proposals.
  • Work in a team to generate leads, track metrics and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients and update them new offerings.

Preferred backgrounds and skills:

  • Any Graduate (MBA Sales/Marketing preferred) and 1-5 years of professional work experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. You should be a great writer, speaker, and listener.
  • Fearlessness willing to hop on the phone with new people every single day and explain Export Genius value proposition as it relates to each individual you speak with.
  • The courage to accept challenges and flexible to work in changing environment.
  • A deep understanding of the latest communication technologies, particularly email and online demo.
  • Must have good presentation skills and negotiation skills.
  • Preferred experience in CRM and good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
