Qualifications
Your Experience
BE/Btech or equivalent technical degree or military experience required
5 to10 years of relevant experience
Advanced level experience with ServiceNow application
Service management (incident, change, problem) best practice knowledge
Knowledge of Jira
Strong technical aptitude, technology knowledge desired with an ability to build relationships with other internal stakeholders
Ability to build and maintain successful cross-functional partnerships
Ability to be consultative with partners and stakeholders
