Role & responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

• Develop; implement and unit test the required solution, respecting BNP Paribas best practices, standards and tools.
• Provide estimates for work & Translate requirements into solutions.
• Provide updates of status and estimates to complete
• Take part in peer group code reviews
• Identify risks and issues, and help monitor them
• Intraday 3rd level support

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with pandas for data manipulation and analysis.
• Use of SQL within the professional environment
• Good Knowledge of Git commands
• Have experience any around CI/CD pipeline, especially around Jenkins, Docker and Kubernetes
• Working knowledge of UNIX
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Flexible and responsive attitude
• Excellent software coding and analysis skills working in agile environment with daily scrum meetings
