Job Purpose:

- To act as the Finance lead for the Marketing business with supporting activities within Supply Chain and Credit Management. - This includes the timely provision of management information, compliance with internal and external reporting requirements and to offer finance support in business strategy and planning.

- The role will interface with a number of key stakeholders and business area's.

Knowledge:

• SAP Experience
• Expert in Reconciliation.
• Contract Renewals
• Revenue forecasting
• Knowledge of Marketing Business & Reporting within a Manufacturing environment desirable
• Ability to analyse and solve problems

Experience:

• Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors.
• Evaluating new credit request and reviewing customers, credit rankings with banks.
• Setting up of terms and conditions of credit.
• Ensuring timely payments of debts.
• Following up payments as needed
• Negotiating re-payment plans.
• Responding to relevant client enquiries.
• Processing and reconciliation of invoices.
• Checking and posting of receipts to accounting systems.
• Preparation of statements, client status reports and all relevant information as required.
• Managing sales ledger.
• Providing administrative support to the team.
• Be able to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
• Expert in Monitoring the Bank websites for Payment from the client.
