Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain user-facing features using React.js.
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Java (Spring Boot preferred).
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the development process and infrastructure.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux (or other state management libraries), and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Solid experience in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.
- Good understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Experience with build tools, version control systems (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks like JUnit, Jest, or Cypress.
- Previous experience in [insert domain here e.g., fintech, e-commerce, healthcare, etc.].
